What Do I Need To Start My Website?
To start building your website you definitely must have:
1. A Domain Name (yoursite.com, yoursite.net, etc.)
2. A Web Host
3. Website Design Software (Optional)
But, before you just start creating your website, you should determine the type of your website to be able to choose the right kind of web hosting company for your needs.
Should I Create Blog or a Website?
Blog or a Website ... which one should I have? This is a question which I asked myself many times before I started building my first website.
First of all ... Blog IS a Website. In fact, I would say that blogs are "dynamic" websites. If you are undecided what you want Blog or a Website than you can create a mini website (with less than 10 pages) and then you can add a blog to it with subdomain (example: blog.yoursite.com).
